New England Juvenile Retailers Association, et al. Propose Consent Agreement to Address Alleged Unfair Practices

The New England Juvenile Retailers Association, along with other parties, has proposed a consent agreement to settle allegations of violating federal law by colluding to fix prices and influence manufacturers' distribution decisions, with the agreement subject to final approval by the relevant commission.
