Charter Medical Corp Reaches Settlement Agreement With Federal Commission

Charter Medical Corporation, a Georgia-based psychiatric hospital chain, has agreed to modify its agreement with National Medical Enterprises and obtain prior Commission approval for psychiatric facility acquisitions in four specified localities for the next ten years.
