IHI Clinics, Inc., et al. Agree to Settlement Over Alleged Misrepresentations in Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss Programs

IHI Clinics, Inc., and two officers have agreed to a consent agreement with the Federal Commission, which would prohibit them from making unsubstantiated claims about their programs' effectiveness, unless they have reliable scientific evidence to support such claims.
