American Body Armor and Equipment, Inc. Settles Allegations of Misrepresenting Bullet-Resistant Garments

A Florida-based company, American Body Armor and Equipment, Inc., has agreed to a consent order to settle allegations of violating federal law by misrepresenting the certification of its bullet-resistant garments, and will also offer replacement vests to past purchasers at a reduced cost.
