DTC Proposes Rule Change for Securities Certificate Routing to DTC

The Depository Trust Company (DTC) has submitted a proposed rule change to the Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs) to establish a service for routing securities certificates and related documentation to DTC. The SROs have approved the proposal.
