Ownership Reports and Trading by Officers, Directors and Principal Security Holders

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is requesting public comment on the treatment of certain cash-only compensation instruments and exemptions for officers, directors, and principal security holders from short-swing profit recovery provisions under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The comment period for the proposed rule has been extended to November 1, 1994.
