SEC Grants Accelerated Approval for NASD's SEEDS Rule Change

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved accelerated approval for the National Association of Securities Dealers' proposed rule change and amendments to the SEEDS rule, which sets listing standards for selected equity-linked debt securities.
