SEC Approves American Stock Exchange Rule Change to Increase Share Parameters for PER Orders

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval to the American Stock Exchange, Inc. to increase the share parameters for orders entered through the Plan for Electronic Reporting (PER) system.
