US Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comments on Enbridge Pipelines (Lakehead) L.L.C. Application for Incidental Take Permit

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Enbridge Pipelines (Lakehead) L.L.C. for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, which, if approved, would allow the company to take the federally endangered Hine's Emerald Dragonfly during pipeline maintenance work in Michigan.
