U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Yellow-Billed Parrot as Threatened Under Endangered Species Act, Corrects Salmon-Crested Cockatoo Rule

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined that the yellow-billed parrot is threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and is also publishing a special rule for this species, while correcting a previous rule for the salmon-crested cockatoo.
