U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Recovery Plan for Endangered Vernal Pool Ecosystems in Oregon

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a recovery plan to help downlist and delist two endangered plant species found in southern Oregon's Rogue and Illinois Valley vernal pool and wet meadow ecosystems.
