Bureau of Land Management Terminates Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classifications and Opens Lands in Nevada

The Bureau of Land Management has issued a notice terminating the existing classifications for public lands in Nye and Esmeralda Counties, Nevada, and opening them to the operation of the public land laws, including the 1872 Mining Law, affecting approximately 70 acres of public lands.
