U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Special Rule for Lesser Prairie-Chicken Conservation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes a special rule to conserve the lesser prairie-chicken, and reopens public comment on a proposed rule to list the species as threatened, as well as releases a draft conservation plan.
