Correction to Native American Human Remains and Associated Funerary Objects Inventory

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office has corrected an inventory of Native American human remains and associated funerary objects published in a Notice of Inventory Completion in the Federal Register on March 20, 2001. The Bureau is now seeking written requests from lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization to transfer control of the human remains and associated funerary objects.
