U.S. Department of the Interior Corrects Inventory of Native American Human Remains and Associated Funerary Objects

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office has corrected an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, updating the minimum number of individuals and objects. Lineal descendants or representatives of eligible tribes can submit a written request to transfer control of the remains and objects.
