California Proposes Revised Migratory Bird Permits to Combat Depredation

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is proposing changes to its migratory bird permits to better control depredating birds in certain counties, requiring landowners to attempt nonlethal control and use nontoxic ammunition, and updating reporting requirements.
