FAA Corrects Policy on Access to Airports from Residential Property, Extends Comment Period

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is revising its policy on accessing airports from residential property and is extending the public comment period for the proposed rule, which was initially set to close on September 14, 2012, following an inadvertent omission in the Addresses paragraph published in the Federal Register on July 30, 2012.
