FRA Extends Comment Period for Environmental Impact Statement for Northeast Corridor Rail Project

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is extending the comment period for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed passenger rail improvements between Washington, DC, New York City, and Boston, MA, in response to public requests and concerns.
