FRA Extends Comment Period for California High-Speed Train Project Environmental Impact Statement

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has extended the comment period for the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Fresno to Bakersfield Section of the California High-Speed Train (HST) Project until October 19, 2012, in response to stakeholder requests and to encourage comprehensive public participation.
