FAA Requests Comments on Renewal of Information Collection for Air Carrier/Commercial Operators

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comments on its intention to renew an information collection, which requires Air Carrier/Commercial Operators to comply with regulations and demonstrate eligibility. The FAA published a Federal Register Notice on July 9, 2012, inviting comments on the collection, which is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
