Invitation for Public Comments: Requested Administrative Waiver of the Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel DEFIANCE

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel DEFIANCE, which would allow the vessel to operate under certain circumstances as authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121.
