Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of U.S.-Build Requirement for Vessel ISLAND WATERS

The Maritime Administration, on behalf of the Secretary of Transportation, is soliciting public comments on a request for a waiver of the U.S.-build requirement for the vessel ISLAND WATERS, which would allow for a non-U.S.-built vessel to operate under the coastwise trade laws.
