Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities, Revision to Gas Transmission and Gathering Pipeline Systems Annual Report, Gas Transmission and Gathering Pipeline Systems Incident Report, and Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Systems Accident Report

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is revising several forms related to pipeline safety, including the Accident Report for Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Systems and the Incident Report for Natural and Other Gas Transmission and Gathering Pipeline Systems, in response to public comments and in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
