Trailways Companies Seek Exemption from Hours of Service Record for Short Breaks

Trailways companies have submitted an application to the FMCSA for an exemption from recording duty status for short breaks, such as picking up or setting off passengers, in an effort to streamline their operations and reduce paperwork.
