Pipeline Safety: Communication During Emergency Situations

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is reminding pipeline operators to immediately notify the local Public Safety Access Point (PSAP) in case of a pipeline emergency, and to have a direct contact method with PSAPs along their pipeline routes for assistance and information.
