U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws

The U.S. Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws, allowing a vessel to operate without meeting the domestic construction requirement, as authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121.
