Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Debt Cancellation Contracts and Debt Suspension Agreements
The OCC is seeking public comment on the renewal of an information collection related to debt cancellation contracts and debt suspension agreements, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
