U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel FIVE O'CLOCK HERE

The U.S. Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel FIVE O'CLOCK HERE, which would allow the vessel to operate under certain circumstances as authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121.
