NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming 2009 Porsche Cayenne S Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has accepted a petition from a company to allow the importation of nonconforming 2009 Porsche Cayenne S vehicles into the US, as they are substantially similar to US-certified models and can be easily modified to meet safety standards.
