Bombardier Aerospace Seeks Special Conditions for Sidestick Controllers on BD-500-1A10 and BD-500-1A11 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing special conditions for the Bombardier Aerospace Model BD-500-1A10 and BD-500-1A11 airplanes, which will feature sidestick controllers designed for one-handed operation, addressing safety concerns not adequately addressed by existing airworthiness regulations.
