Administrative Waiver Request for ECLECTIC LADY Vessel Under Coastwise Trade Laws

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel ECLECTIC LADY, which would allow the vessel to operate without meeting the domestic construction requirement. The waiver request is authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121 and is open for public comment.
