Federal Transit Administration Rescinds Buy America Waiver for Minivans and Minivan Chassis

The Federal Transit Administration has revoked its 2010 waiver allowing foreign manufacturers to produce minivans and minivan chassis in the US, after confirming that the Vehicle Production Group is now producing a substantially similar vehicle, the MV-1, in the United States.
