Bus Testing: Calculation of Average Passenger Weight and Test Vehicle Weight Withdrawal

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is withdrawing a proposed rulemaking to increase the assumed average passenger weight value for bus testing from 150 pounds to 175 pounds, as recent legislation requires a more comprehensive review of its bus testing program.
