Notice of Transportation Services' OMB Designation and Stakeholder Notification

The U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of Transportation Services has been designated as the lead Federal Agency to ensure timely return of excess transit benefits to the Treasury and prevent future accumulations, and will inform commercial vanpool companies of the Federal internal controls governing the Transit Benefit Program.
