USDA Revises Eggplant Standards to Allow Mixed Colors and Types

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service is updating its eggplant grading standards to accommodate mixed colors and types, and removing the 'Unclassified' category, in response to industry feedback and a review of existing standards.
