National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods Reestablished

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) has been reestablished in cooperation with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), following a recommendation by the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Food Protection, Subcommittee on Microbiological Criteria, in a 1985 report.
