UEK Delaware L.P. Seeks Public Input on FERC Project, Requests Comments on Declaration of Intention

UEK Delaware L.P. has submitted a notice to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) seeking public comments on its declaration of intention to participate in a proposed energy project, and inviting stakeholders to submit motions to intervene in the proceeding.
