U.S. Agency Extends Form for Nuclear Waste Fee Payments for Three Years

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to extend the use of Form NWPA-830G, a standard remittance advice form for nuclear waste fee payments, for three years through the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The form is used by generators and owners of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste to pay fees into the nuclear waste fund based on net electricity generated.
