FERC Requests Public Comment on Information Collection FERC-585

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking public comment on its information collection FERC-585, which requires reporting of electric energy shortages and contingency plans under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA). The Commission previously issued a notice requesting public comments, which were not received.
