Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp. Granted Authority to Import and Export LNG in May 2012

The Office of Fossil Energy at the Department of Energy granted authority to import and export natural gas and liquefied natural gas to Oregon LNG, a subsidiary of Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp., from May 2012, allowing the company to operate under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Department of Energy's regulations.
