Southwestern Power Administration Proposes Rate Increase to Recover Costs

The Southwestern Power Administration has prepared a proposed rate schedule to increase annual revenues by 15.4% to cover rising costs associated with operating and maintaining facilities, compliance requirements, and investments in hydroelectric generating facilities, effective October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2016.
