U.S. Designates Syrian Entity Organization for Technological Industries (OTI) as a Proliferation Risk

The U.S. government has added OTI to its list of entities that pose a risk of contributing to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, following a review by the Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General.
