U.S. Imposes Nonproliferation Measures on Foreign Persons, Bans Government Procurement

The U.S. government has determined that certain foreign individuals have engaged in activities that warrant nonproliferation measures, including a ban on U.S. government procurement, under Section 3 of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act.
