US Department of State Issues New Procedures for Presidential Permits Related to Cross-Border Infrastructure and Name Changes

The US Department of State is updating its procedures for handling transfers of ownership or control of cross-border facilities and infrastructure projects, as well as name changes for permit holders, following the President's constitutional powers over foreign affairs and national security, as outlined in Executive Orders 11423 and 13337.
