FINRA Approves Rule Change Exempting Certain Collective Trust Funds from Initial Public Offering Restrictions

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change exempting specified collective trust funds from restrictions on the purchase and sale of initial public offerings and new issue allocations and distributions, as modified by a partial amendment.
