US Department of State Makes Determination on Nicaragua's Central Government

The US Department of State has made a determination regarding the Central Government of Nicaragua, as required by the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2017. This determination is related to Section 7070(c)(1) of the act.
