US Department of State Allocates $5.5 Million from Emergency Reserve Fund for Health Threat in Madagascar

The US Department of State has made a decision to utilize up to $5.5 million from the Emergency Reserve Fund to address an emerging health threat in Madagascar, in accordance with the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Appropriations Act of 2015.
