U.S. Department of the Treasury Publishes Guidance on Temporary Sanctions Relief for Iran
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has released guidance on implementing sanctions relief for certain activities in Iran, as part of the Joint Plan of Action (JPOA) reached in 2013.
