Internal Revenue Service Publishes 2013 Inflation Adjustment Factors, Nonconventional Source Fuel Credit, and Reference Prices

The IRS has released the required inflation adjustment factor, nonconventional source fuel credit, and reference price for calendar year 2013, as mandated by Section 45K of the Internal Revenue Code, to determine the allowable credit for coke or coke gas from non-petroleum sources for the 2013 tax year.
