United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement Final Rule

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations have been amended to implement the preferential tariff treatment and other customs-related provisions of the United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement, as adopted from interim amendments published in the Federal Register on October 23, 2013.
